Materials and Washing
What material are your products made of?
The majority of our shirts are made with 100% cotton. The majority of our hoodies are 70% cotton 30% polyester. Please see each product description for more specific information on each product. We only make comfortable, durable, high quality streetwear. All products are designed and quality checked by us.
How should I wash and dry my products?
Machine wash with warm water; non-chlorine; Tumble dry: low heat; steam or dry: medium heat; Do not dry clean. Do not iron.
Always use your best judgement when washing and drying.
Return Policy
I received a faulty product, what can I do?
Email a picture of your product to info@closedroad.com with detailed information about your order and issue and we will work with you as quickly as possible to resolve the issue. Please provide several photos if possible.
Are refunds offered?
We do not offer refunds.

How do I return or exchange an item?
All sales are final, but we will work with you case by case. Please contact us at info@closedroad.com so we can further discuss the issue.
Shipping
How long will it take to ship my order?
After placing your order you will soon receive a confirmation email. Order fulfillment takes about 1-3 weeks. Because we ship USPS Mail, the expected delivery date after production turnaround is 7-10 businesses days. Although this is expected, it is not guaranteed and can vary on your location or timing of ordering.
I never received my order!
First, please double check that the address you entered upon checkout was entered correctly. If you notice that it was not entered promptly, please contact us immediately notifying us of the situation. Otherwise, don't worry, it may be because of your local postal offices. Allow for several days to pass beyond the expected date of delivery. Because we ship USPS Mail, the expected delivery date after production turnaround is 7-10 businesses days (production turnaround typically takes 1-5 business days. Your payment must also be processed, typically taking 2-5 days). Although this is expected, it is not guaranteed and can vary on your location or timing of ordering. Contact your local post office for further details and tracing. If further problems occur, please contact us at info@closedroad.com and we will try to resolve your issue in a timely manner.
How can I track my order?
We will provide you with updates including shipment tracking. To track your order, insert the tracking number we send to your phone or email at usps.com
How can we collaborate?
Artists: Our graphic design is done in house, but we are always open to working with artists that share the same vision we do. We will only work with fixed costs, no percentages of profits. Contact us with your portfolio and any other details you feel the need to include. Please note that we are not usually seeking extra help.
