  • Wash with cold water and tumble dry on low. Hang dry is highly recommended to preserve the quality and shape of your garment.

  • We ship with USPS. Please double check that you have entered the correct shipping address before placing your order. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. If your package has not arrived, please contact your local post office first.

    We do not offer returns, however we will work with you on a case by case basis. Email us at info@closedroad.com and attach a photo of the issue — we will do our best to make it right.

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, USPS delivery takes 5–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

  • Yes, we ship internationally. Delivery times vary by country, typically 10–21 business days. Please note that any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of being placed. After that, orders are already being processed and cannot be changed. Email info@closedroad.com as soon as possible if you need assistance.

  • Please check around your property and with neighbors first. Then contact your local USPS post office with your tracking number — they can locate the package. If the issue is unresolved, email us at info@closedroad.com and we will help from there.
