Delivery And Returns
Shipments in the US: Shortly after you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. In the meantime, it takes us typically 2-5 days to process your payment. As soon as your payment is processed your products are sent to production. Production turnaround varies but most orders are shipped within 1-5 business days from the date the production started. Because we ship USPS Mail and other delivery services occasionally, the expected delivery date after production turnaround is 7-10 businesses days. Although this is expected, it is not guaranteed and can vary on your location or timing of ordering. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
International shipments may be subject to pay taxes and duties which is out of our control. Please note for international shipments your tracking number may end at customs.
Expected delivery dates based on shipping inside the United States, not including Hawaii or Alaska. Shipping to other countries may take longer than the expected delivery.
Please ensure that the delivery address is entered properly before placing your order. We will do our best to resolve issues with improper shipping addresses, but we are not in control of addresses entered improperly. It is your responsibility to enter the shipping address properly. Entering your mailing address incorrectly may result in the product(s) not arriving. If you have noticed that you improperly entered your address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com
Returns and refunds are not offered on any order. If you received damaged or wrong items email a picture of your product to firstname.lastname@example.org with your information and we will work with you as quickly as possible to resolve the issue at no extra cost to you. Please try to take several photos from different angles.
Please note that if you ordered outside of the USA we may not be able to resolve your issue.
